Wolf Bros Car Club Non-Profit LLC
Please read this Waiver carefully. By signing below (or clicking “I Agree”), you acknowledge that you fully understand and accept its terms and that you are giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue the Club.
1. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in any Wolf Bros Car Club event (including drives, meet-ups, track days, social gatherings, and related activities) involves inherent risks, hazards, and dangers—both known and unknown—including but not limited to:
- Vehicle operation at speed, sudden stops, collisions, and mechanical failures
- Uneven or slippery road surfaces, unexpected obstacles, and wildlife
- Acts or omissions of other participants or bystanders
- Weather conditions and other natural forces
I voluntarily assume all risk of property damage, personal injury, or death that may result from my participation.
2. Release & Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Wolf Bros Car Club Non-Profit LLC, its officers, directors, members, volunteers, agents, and affiliates (collectively, the “Club”) for any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages on account of injury, death, or property damage arising from my participation—whether caused by the Club’s negligence or otherwise.
3. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Club from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or costs (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to my acts, omissions, or breach of this Waiver, including any claims brought by third parties.
4. Medical Authorization
If I am injured or require medical attention, I authorize the Club and its representatives to secure medical treatment and consent to such treatment on my behalf. I agree to be financially responsible for all costs related to such treatment.
5. Governing Law
This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action relating to this Waiver must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in Bexar County, Texas.
6. Severability
If any provision of this Waiver is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
7. Acknowledgment of Understanding
I confirm that I have carefully read this entire Waiver, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement or assurance of any nature.
