By-Laws

Preamble

These Bylaws are established by the membership of the Wolf Bros Car Club to define the purpose, structure, and governance of our organization. They serve to ensure fair, consistent management of club affairs; to preserve the principles of service, respect, and community upon which our brotherhood is founded; and to guide the roles and responsibilities of our members and officers.

Bylaws of the Wolf Bros Car Club

Article I – Name

The name of this organization shall be the Wolf Bros Car Club.

Article II – Purpose

The purpose of this club is to BRING CORVETTE ENTHUSIASTS TOGETHER TO BUILD BROTHERHOOD AND GIVE BACK THROUGH COMMUNITY SERVICE, OUTREACH, AND SHARED PASSION FOR THE ROAD..


Article III – Membership

Section 1. Eligibility.

Membership is open to all individuals who own, have an interest in, or support the mission of the Chevrolet Corvette community.

Section 2. Types of Membership

  • Full Member – Corvette owners; includes voting rights and eligibility for leadership roles.
  • Associate Member – Non-owners or supporters; no voting rights.

Section 3. Dues

Membership dues shall be determined annually by the Executive Board.

Article IV – Meetings

Section 1. Regular Meetings

The club shall meet monthly or as determined by the leadership team.

Section 2. Special Meetings

May be called by the President or a majority of the Executive Board with notice provided to all members.

  • Full Member – Corvette owners; includes voting rights and eligibility for leadership roles.
  • Associate Member – Non-owners or supporters; no voting rights.

Article V – Leadership

Section 1. Officers

The club shall be governed by the following officers:

  • President
  • Vice President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Event coordinator

Article VI – Finances

The Treasurer shall maintain accurate financial records, collect dues, and provide regular financial reports to the membership.

Article VII – Amendments

These Bylaws may be amended by a two-thirds vote of Full Members present at any regular meeting, provided notice has been given in advance.
